1) Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bali public holidays).
Orders placed before 17:00 PM are typically dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, dispatch times may extend by 1–2 business days.
All orders are subject to payment verification and security checks before dispatch.
2) Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reputable Bali and international courier services to ensure secure and trackable delivery.

- Protective materials to maintain vial integrity.
- Please store products according to label instructions immediately on receipt.
5) Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns and exchanges are not accepted once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order ID.
6) Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with building reception, neighbours, or the courier.
- We will assist with courier investigations for missing parcels.
- Resolutions depend on courier findings and may take several days.
